Massachusetts and Falmouth room taxes of 9.7% are additional. Rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations. WE ARE A NON-SMOKING INN. We would be happy to suggest a place more suitable for children under 18 and pets. 

 DEPOSITS

Prepayment is required for one night's lodging to guarantee your reservation. Stays of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. VISA, Discover, American Express, Master Card are accepted. A two night minimum is preferred on weekends from May through October  with a three night minimum over holidays and the Falmouth Road Race weekend.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations cancelled 14 days or more in advance will be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 per room. Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be refunded based on re-rental of the room for the nights reserved, less the cancellation fee.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out 11:00 a.m. Late Check-ins are subject to $25.00 per hour additional fee unless pre-arranged.
